What the builder gives you

Everything a Resume Needs, Nothing You Have to Pay For

The builder runs in your browser. You type, the preview redraws immediately, and the PDF you download looks exactly like the preview.

Three CV Templates

Classic ATS for applicant tracking systems, plus Modern and Professional when a human will read the document first.

Live Preview

Every field you fill in appears in the preview panel straight away, so you can see the finished page while you write it.

Nine Ready Sections

Personal information, summary, experience, education, skills, languages, certificates, projects and references — add or remove entries as you go.

Twelve CV Languages

Write your CV in English, Turkish, German, Spanish, French, Italian, Portuguese, Arabic, Chinese, Japanese, Korean or Russian — and switch the interface language separately.

Draft and Download

Save a draft to continue later, then download the finished CV as a PDF whenever you are happy with it.

Five Optional AI Helpers

AI can draft or improve the wording, and every helper is free. The builder works exactly the same if you never press them.

AI assistance

Five AI Helpers, All Free

Writing about your own work is the slow part of a CV. Each helper handles one specific job and hands the text straight back to the field you are editing.

You stay in control: the AI suggests, you edit, and nothing is added to your CV until you accept it.

Summary Generate a professional summary from the details you have already entered.
Experience Turn a plain description of a job into professional CV bullet points.
Skills Get skill suggestions and keep only the ones you genuinely have.
Rewrite Fix grammar, shorten, expand or convert any text into bullets.
Tailor Adapt the CV to a target role or to a specific job advert.

How it works

From Empty Form to Finished PDF

No installation and no registration. Open the page and start typing.

1

Pick a Template

Choose Classic ATS, Modern or Professional, and set the language your CV should be written in.

2

Fill In Your Details

Work through the nine sections. The preview on the right updates with every keystroke.

3

Improve with AI

Optionally press a helper to draft a summary, turn notes into bullet points or tailor the CV to a job advert.

4

Download the PDF

Save a draft if you want to come back to it, then download the CV as a PDF and send it out.

What you can add

Inputs, Photo Formats and the File You Get Back

Almost everything is typed text. The only file you can upload is an optional profile photo, and the only file you download is your CV.

JPG

Profile Photo

An optional photo in JPG, PNG or WebP. It appears in the preview immediately and can be left out entirely.

TEXT

Typed Content

Contact details, summary, experience, education, skills, languages, certificates, projects and references.

PDF

Downloaded CV

The finished CV is downloaded as a PDF that matches the live preview line for line.

Some employers ask for a photo and some ask you to leave it out. The photo field is optional exactly for that reason — check the norms of the country and company you are applying to.

Who it is for

A CV for the Application in Front of You

The same details can produce very different documents. Tailor the wording, switch the language and download a new PDF in minutes.

First Job or Internship

Turn coursework, projects and part-time work into a CV that reads professionally.

Changing Career

Rewrite past roles so that transferable skills come first instead of job titles.

Applying to a Specific Advert

Use the tailor helper to match the wording of the role you are actually applying for.

Applying Abroad

Produce the same CV in another of the twelve supported languages without rebuilding it.

ATS Screening

The Classic ATS template keeps a plain, parsable structure for automated screening systems.

Freelance and Contract Work

Lead with the projects section when clients care about delivered work rather than employment history.

Refreshing an Old CV

Retype the essentials once and let the rewrite helper modernise tired phrasing.

Keeping It Up to Date

Save a draft after each role so the next application starts from something current.

Privacy and responsible use

Your CV Data Stays With You

A CV is full of personal data — your name, contact details, employers and sometimes a photo. The builder is designed so that this information stays in your hands.

  • Drafts are kept in your own browser. The CV is not stored on Bubixo servers.
  • When you press an AI button, only that one section is sent for processing, and it is not kept afterwards.
  • The AI helpers are optional. Skip them and no CV text leaves your browser at all.
  • Only add someone as a reference, with their contact details, if they have agreed to it.
  • Clearing your browser data also clears the saved draft, so download the PDF once the CV matters to you.

⚠ Read before you send

AI Writes the Wording, You Are Responsible for the Facts

The helpers rephrase and structure what you give them. They cannot know which tools you actually used, how long you stayed in a role or what a project really delivered — and a confident sentence is not the same as a true one. Read every generated line and correct anything that is not accurate.

Never accept a skill, certificate, employer or date that you cannot back up in an interview. Check names, dates and contact details yourself before you send the PDF: an overstated CV is a problem for you, not for the tool that suggested the phrasing.

Frequently asked questions

AI CV Builder FAQ

Is the CV builder really free?

Yes. Building the CV, using the AI helpers and downloading the PDF are all free, and there is no account or payment step.

Do I need to create an account?

No. Open the builder and start typing. Drafts are stored in your browser rather than behind a login.

What does ATS-friendly mean here?

The Classic ATS template keeps a simple, single-column structure with plain headings, so applicant tracking systems can read the text instead of guessing at a complex layout.

Which languages can I write my CV in?

English, Turkish, German, Spanish, French, Italian, Portuguese, Arabic, Chinese, Japanese, Korean and Russian. The interface language is chosen separately from the CV language.

In which format do I get the CV?

As a PDF, downloaded from your browser. What you see in the live preview is what the PDF contains.

Can I add a photo?

Yes, optionally, in JPG, PNG or WebP. It shows up in the preview at once and can be removed again if the employer prefers a CV without a photograph.

Do I have to use the AI helpers?

No. They are optional. The builder produces the same CV if you write every line yourself.

Is my CV stored on your servers?

No. Drafts stay in your browser. When you use an AI button, only that section is sent for processing and it is not kept afterwards.

Can AI-generated text be wrong?

Yes. It can overstate or invent detail. Read everything it produces and make sure each claim is something you can defend in an interview.

Can I keep editing the CV later?

Yes. Save a draft and come back to it in the same browser, then download a fresh PDF after each update.
